Every Scene in Its Place

Start with Plans, Sections, Elevations, Interior Elevations, Detail Views, 3D Views and Modeling, then add your own and nest them: 3D Views, then 16:9, then Living room.

  • Drag scenes and categories to reorder or move them.
  • Double-click to go to a scene; rename it right there.
  • The tree is saved in the model, so it travels with the file.

Select several scenes with a click, Ctrl or Shift, and the batch bar appears.

  • Copy props: copy one scene's camera, style, shadows, tags or section planes and paste them onto the rest. Fixes drifting plan cameras in one go.
  • Tags: see which tags are on, off or mixed across the selection, and set them everywhere at once.
  • Export: every selected scene to a folder, named by category, at the size you choose.
  • Render with AI Rendering: send the marked scenes, each at its category's aspect.

What does FOCUSED Scene Manager do?

It replaces SketchUp's row of scene tabs with an organized tree: scenes by floor, by space and by category (Plans, Sections, Elevations, 3D Views and your own). It edits many scenes at once, exports them in batches, plays them as a walkthrough and hands the ones you mark to FOCUSED AI Rendering.

Is it free?

The basics are free in either download, no payment required: categories, scenes, renaming, organizing, thumbnails, play and editing one scene at a time. The full version, with floors and spaces, batch edits, copy and paste properties, batch export and elevation publishing, comes with every FOCUSED AI Rendering plan, FOCUSED Tools and FOCUSED Pro.

Is there a limit on scenes in the free version?

No. The free version has no limit on scenes or categories, and neither does the full version. What the full version adds is speed: changing, exporting and retagging many scenes at once.

Is there a free trial of the full version?

Yes. The FOCUSED AI Rendering free trial and the FOCUSED Tools free 7-day trial both unlock the full Scene Manager.

Does it rename or duplicate my scenes?

No. Scenes are never erased and re-created, so names stay unique and nothing is duplicated. On SketchUp 2025 and newer, Apply order to tabs makes SketchUp's own scene tabs follow your order.

Where are my categories stored?

In the model itself, so they travel with the .skp file to another computer or a colleague.

Does it work with FOCUSED AI Rendering?

Yes, it is built in. Mark scenes to render and send them with their category's aspect, or publish scenes as elevations to the linked project, and the AI Rendering Scenes tab groups your scenes the same way.
