These models are built in SketchUp and can be fully compatible with V-Ray rendering and LayOut documentation. If you need something in between — like cabinetry layouts, built-ins, or landscape elements — we can handle that too. Each model is customized to your specifications and delivered ready to use, saving you time and giving you a professional foundation to build on.
Rendering
If you already have a SketchUp model — or even just a concept — we can transform it into a high-impact, photorealistic image using V-Ray. Our rendering services take your existing space or model and elevate it with realistic lighting, materials, and camera settings to create visuals that impress clients and clarify design intent. Whether you’re starting with a basic model or one that already includes V-Ray components, we can enhance the realism, refine textures, adjust lighting, and add final polish to create a professional-grade render. This is ideal for designers who want to present their work at a higher level without spending hours adjusting render settings themselves.
Virtual Tours
Using your existing SketchUp and V-Ray model, we can create a fully interactive virtual tour that allows clients or stakeholders to explore the space in a dynamic, immersive way. These tours include navigational hotspots for easy movement between rooms or areas, product highlight tags that link to fixtures, furnishings, or finishes, and optional designer notes to guide viewers through your design intent. Delivered via a web-based platform, your tour can be shared with clients, embedded on your website, or used in presentations to bring your designs to life and make a lasting impression.
Documentation
Using your SketchUp models, we can generate detailed, professional-grade documentation using LayOut. This includes client design packs with annotated views and renderings, contractor-ready drawing sets, elevations, floor plans, dimensions, and technical diagrams tailored to your project needs. Whether you need a polished presentation for a client meeting or clear construction documents for a builder, we’ll transform your 3D model into a structured, easy-to-understand set of deliverables. All documents are formatted with your branding and designed to communicate your vision clearly and professionally.
Business Formation & Financials
Business Name Strategy + Legal Check
Choosing a business name is more than just picking something that sounds good — it needs to be legally available, marketable, and aligned with your brand.
I’ll give you access to a custom ChatGPT agent that will help you find the best name for your business/brand. It will help you brainstorm names based on your niche, aesthetic, and business goals. Once a name is selected, my team will conduct a multi-level legal check to ensure your name is available for LLC registration in your state, that the matching domain is available, and that no active trademarks are likely to create legal conflicts down the road.
LLC Formation + EIN Registration
We’ll take care of forming your Limited Liability Company (LLC), including filing the necessary paperwork with your state, paying required fees, and registering your business properly using a Registered Agent service if you do not already have a physical business address. This means that your personal address will be private and you will have a physical business address assigned to you (in your state). They will receive your mail, scan it, and email it to you.
We’ll also obtain your EIN (Employer Identification Number) from the IRS — this is the unique federal number your business will use for taxes, banking, and official forms. You’ll be set up legally, protected personally, and ready to operate as a real business.
Google Workspace Setup (Email, Calendar, Drive)
A professional email address and cloud-based tools are essential for a modern design business. We’ll create your Google Workspace account (formerly G Suite), set up a custom business email using your domain (like [email protected]), and configure your calendar, shared Drive folders, and admin settings. You’ll be ready to communicate, schedule, and collaborate with clients and contractors using professional tools from day one.
Internal: Squarespace has an offer for one free year of Google Workspace. But then you are tied to squarespace.
Business Banking and Credit Card
We’ll guide you through the process of setting up a free business checking account that’s designed for small business owners and freelancers. This ensures your finances are properly separated and positioned for growth from day one. We’ll also walk you through how to apply for a business credit card, including which options may be best based on your business structure, income level, and credit history. This setup not only helps establish your business financially but also lays the groundwork for building business credit and simplifying bookkeeping.
QuickBooks Online Setup for Service-Based Businesses
We’ll set up a QuickBooks Online account tailored to how design businesses operate — service-based income, design fees, project expenses, and recurring software subscriptions. This includes configuring your chart of accounts, connecting your business bank account, and showing you how to invoice clients, track payments, and keep your financials organized. You’ll have a clean, reliable foundation for taxes, reporting, and growth.

Each platform has its own process and eligibility requirements, but we’ll support you every step of the way. This includes optimizing your profiles for approval, setting up the necessary business documentation and contact information, submitting verification requests where applicable, and navigating paid options such as Meta Verified or X Premium.
